Mike, Ever since I met you in Denver, you have given me language for what is right. I use it with my kids and friends. I have lived many years shame-free speaking my mind even when my kids cringe, but you have pushed me up many notches. The word "bystander" inspires me to speak up and to notice more. You are doing great work. I tell your stories to my kids. My oldest just entered middle school - the source of so much bystander behavior. Thank you!!
